This policy explains what information EditLuma collects and how we use it in connection with authentication, image generation, enhancement, and payments.

1. Information We Collect

Account details such as email address, name, and profile image used during sign-up and login.
Images, prompts, job history, payment records, and credit usage generated or uploaded while using the service.
Access logs, error logs, device information, and browser details used to operate and secure the service.

2. How We Use Information

To identify members, maintain sign-in sessions, and respond to support inquiries.
To provide AI image generation and enhancement features, store outputs, and let you access previous work.
To issue and deduct credits, process payments, and prevent abuse or fraud.
To improve service quality, handle incidents, and monitor security.

3. Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable law. After account deletion or when the processing purpose has been fulfilled, we delete the data without undue delay unless a longer retention period is legally required.

4. Third-Party Services and Processors

We may use external services such as Supabase, Vercel, Google OAuth, Polar, and S3-compatible storage to operate EditLuma. Personal information may be processed by those providers to the extent required to deliver the service.

We do not sell or arbitrarily disclose personal information unless required by law or strictly necessary to provide the service.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of the personal information associated with your account.
Permissions granted to external identity providers such as Google can be revoked from the provider's own account settings.
Even after account deletion, certain information may be retained separately if required by applicable law.
